•不合格品的分类/返工，不良品分析；

•停线不良原因分析及改善；

•质量文件（PPAP, Control Plan，检验指导书等）的编写与更新；

•处理客户质量问题，完成8D 报告并提交给客户 ；

•完成质量主管安排的其他事项。
