Molecular Associate Scientist / LC-MS (助理研究員／質譜生物分析)

1. Develop and troubleshoot competitive ligand binding assays - Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot MS-based competitive binding assays
2. Analyze and communicate data - Generate and interpret assay data and reproducibility; prepare clear technical reports, presentations, and study documentation.
3. Fulfil daily drug discovery demand - Prepare cell membranes from cultured cells or animal tissues
4. Scientific innovation and reinvention - analyze and refine the workflow based on observations and research evidence
5. Discover new possibilities – design, test, and validate new assays and platforms
6. Building relationships and communication network- establish good interpersonal skills and collaborate with team members
