SUMMARY

• To provide and establish a fun, exciting, and engaging environment by connecting relationally with MMO Children and families. MMO team members provide a safe, memorable environment where they can learn to know God and meet God’s family.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

• Support Faith MMO’s vision of helping people find their way back to God.
• Commit to being a Christ follower and set a Godly example.
• Encourages active learning in all age groups.
• Creates a safe and welcoming environment for all children to learn.
• Communicates and partners with parents of MMO children.
• Attends once a month Wednesday meet-up with Children’s Pastor.
• Attends church regularly.
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

I. CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

• Ensure proper check-in / check-out procedures
• Monitor children during outside activities.
• Perform Midday temperature check
• Never leave students unattended
• Report any incidents to the Faith Church Office by filling out the Incident Report
• Submit daily log sheet
• Ensure the environment is clean and safe.

II. PREPARE CLASSROOM AND CURRICULUM

• Arrive on-time.
• Follow the Class Schedule and Curriculum Plan
• Organize crafts and songs
• Teach Bible Stories

III. ENGAGE IN SPECIAL EVENTS

• Support Father-Daughter Dance Event
• Support Mother-Son Dance Event
• Support MMO Events throughout the year
• Prepare and support the annual MMO Christmas Performance
