Salary: ¥1,850 per hour

Reports to: Moncler Store Manager

Moncler is a luxury brand founded in 1952 near Grenoble, France, known for its stylish down jackets and high-performance outerwear. Originally created for mountaineers, the brand combines functionality with elegance. The "Grenoble" collection reflects the Alpine heritage, blending technical expertise with modern design to cater to both outdoor and urban lifestyles. Moncler Niseko is one of only three stores in the world dedicated exclusively to the Grenoble collection.

The Role:

Support the Moncler team with day-to-day warehouse, inventory and stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receive and process warehouse deliveries, including inbound, security tagging, packing and organizing stock
  • Handle and store all Moncler products with appropriate care to protect product conditions and minimize damage or loss.
  • Update inventory in the POS and internal tracking sheets
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Manage stock transfers between the warehouse and store, including driving the company car
  • Keep the store stockroom clean and organized
  • Support with general warehouse and stockroom tasks as needed

What you need to succeed:

  • Valid Japanese or International Driver’s License
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting boxes
  • Basic computer skills and comfortable using spreadsheets
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Warehouse, logistics or retail experience is a plus but not required
