What You'll Do

As a Monitoring Center Supervisor, you will help lead and support our Monitoring Center team while ensuring our customers continue to receive the high level of service they expect from SSD.

• Lead and support the Monitoring Center team with a customer-first, people-first approach
• Coach, train, and develop team members to help them grow and succeed
• Create an exceptional experience through professional communication, teamwork, and follow-through
• Support day-to-day operations, staffing needs, and escalated situations
• Ensure policies, procedures, and customer instructions are followed
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and a positive team environment
