Morning Server Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Support, motivate, and lead team members during morning shifts
- Monitor workflow and labor efficiency to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Assist guests and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Handle cash procedures and complete daily paperwork accurately
- Lead pre-shift meetings
- Assist with training of team members
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards
- Help keep a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace
