Mortgage Credit Analyst

You will manage documentation and outstanding issues for mortgage-financing applications, coordinate with operations and legal teams, validate contract values, prepare files for contracting, support post-sales corrections, and update proposal inventory with commercial consultants.

Responsibilities

• Track and resolve documentation issues for application intake
• Resolve outstanding inventory issues with partners and customers
• Coordinate with Operations and Legal
• Manage and control processes through IQ or VMD
• Validate system values for contract issuance
• Prepare files for contracting
• Support post-sales analysis and contractual corrections
• Update proposal inventory with commercial consultants

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Business Processes, or a related field
• Previous mortgage-credit experience in contracting, formalization, contract management, or operational monitoring
• Knowledge of the mortgage-credit cycle, including document analysis, contracting, formalization, and proposal tracking
• Experience in high-volume operational environments
• Intermediate or advanced Excel
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with internal areas, commercial partners, and stakeholders
