We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and sales support to mortgage advisors, helping to streamline the client journey from initial inquiry through loan approval. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the mortgage or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist mortgage advisors with daily sales activities and client communications.
- Prepare and organize client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads or pending applications.
- Support loan officers by tracking application status and coordinating with underwriters or processors.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional service.
- Participate in MS Teams meetings with brokers to provide guidance on the initial loan submission process through our Portal.
- Price loans and identify the most suitable Program for each Broker’s loan scenario.
- Respond to guideline-related questions across various loan products.
- Use our AI calculator to run income calculations for Brokers.
- Follow up with Brokers on registered loans to ensure timely submission of complete files.
