The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, particularly in affordable housing and home loans. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate clients' financial situations and advise them on suitable mortgage products. - Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. - Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications to ensure compliance with lending policies. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance client satisfaction. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of affordable housing, home loans, and mortgage loans. - Experience in secured business loans and property loans is a plus. - Familiarity with MSME and SME sales processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
