Job Overview

This position is primarily responsible for the pre-disbursement review and system entry operations for various mortgage loans, debt negotiation products, and Overdraft (OD) facilities. As the Maker for loan operations, you will work closely with the business front and other relevant departments to ensure all contracts, credit terms, collateral setup, and government subsidy processes comply with regulations and internal procedures, thereby maintaining highly efficient and accurate loan operation quality.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Loan Disbursement Operations (Maker):

• Responsible for reviewing housing loan deeds, verifying credit terms, performing system operations and data entry, processing accounts, and archiving relevant documents.
• Responsible for system operations and data entry, processing accounts, and archiving relevant documents for debt negotiation loans.

Deed and Collateral Document Preparation:

• Prepare mortgage loan agreements.
• Responsible for preparing and verifying land registration application forms and mortgage agreements.
• Handle the application and verification processes for Chubb insurance policies.
