Mortgage Loan Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Loan Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mortgage loan products, including home loans and loan against property (LAP), to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on field sales, where you will engage with customers directly to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage loan sector. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Present mortgage loan options to clients, explaining the benefits and terms clearly. - Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
