Mortgage Retention Associate - 6 Months Contract - up to SGD3.5k

Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for client relationship management and a strong background in home loans? We are seeking an energetic Associate to join our Mortgage Retention Unit.

In this critical customer-facing role, your primary focus will be delivering efficient, high-quality service to retain existing mortgage clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions, handling repricing requests, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, relevant advice and custom solutions to existing mortgage customers seeking options for their home loans.
• Manage and process repricing requests efficiently while delivering solutions that align with customer needs.
• Perform strict customer identity verifications in compliance with internal and external policies, staying updated on all regulatory and package changes.
• Take full ownership of incoming calls—probe, investigate, and resolve complex inquiries before escalating when necessary.
• nderstand client needs and actively refer potential sales leads to Mortgage Sales Managers.
• Provide timely feedback to the Team Head regarding recurring issues or trends encountered in customer interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience specializing in mortgage products.
• Outspoken, engaging, and confident with strong negotiation skills.
• Able to handle stress gracefully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Warm, approachable, and customer-centric with a problem-solving mindset.
