Salary conditions

1,950 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,550 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful onboarding period is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly bonuses average 2,000 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals.

Purpose and job description

YOUR ROLE AS A MORTGAGE SPECIALIST WILL BE:

• to independently sell mortgage loans and provide complete services for company clients who are interested in mortgage loans

• to face high demands for meeting the sales plan in the field of mortgage loans, as well as for cross-selling other bank products

• to develop your own activities to support the fulfillment of the plan

• to profit from a motivational reward system based on a significant commission component (on a monthly basis)

• to appreciate a transparent and fair system of further career growth to management positions based on achieved results

• to manage continuous learning and professional growth (numerous internal trainings, workshops, self-study)

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

• experience in active sales of mortgage loans - A CONDITION

• demonstrable excellent business results from the past

• passion for sales

• integrity and trustworthiness

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

You are a suitable candidate for us if:

• you have at least a secondary education with a school-leaving exam (maturita),
• you have at least 2 years of experience,
• you enjoy communicating,
• you are friendly and know how to work individually and in a team,
• you are a trustworthy and honest person,
• you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
