In-house Motion Designer at Displate, a Warsaw-based DTC e-commerce brand selling metal posters. Creates 2D animations and social media video content for performance/marketing campaigns and the website, mainly using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

We operate at scale across the US and Europe, manage a multi-million dollar annual performance budget across Meta, TikTok and Google, collaborate with some of the biggest licensed brands and artists in the world, and offer best-in-class physical product unmatched by competitors.
We're on the hunt for an experienced Motion Designer to join Displate's in-house Creative Team -someone just as delightfully twisted in marketing and branding design as we are. A strong demo reel that screams "you get it" is a must.

What will you do?
- Design engaging digital animation in 2D, from the scratch or based on existing materials, for marketing projects and Displate website.
- Editing SM video content
- Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize and create videos for the performance and cross-marketing campaigns and Displate website, including taking a part in preproduction, production and post-production.
- Cooperate with Creative and other competence teams members (Team leaders, Designers, Copywriters, Project owners) in establishing concepts and delivering projects.
- Solves project problems based on the brief.
General expectations:
- Have 3+ proven years of experience as a Motion Designer (SM oriented) or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape and up-to-date knowledge of current trends, platforms, and content formats.
- Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create visually appealing motion graphics.
- Possess conceptual thinking and a strong sense of visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling motion graphics.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in motion design.
- Have knowledge of video production and post-production basics.
- Photography skills
- Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and tools in motion graphics to ensure our visual content remains fresh and innovative.
- Show attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and discuss design concepts with stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, as well as a graphic design background, are a huge plus.
- Fluent English communication skills, minimum B2 level.
- Mobile phone & camera recording (video and photo production in our in-house studio with iPhone / Lumix / Sony Alpha equipment)
- Editing and color grading raw footage from Lumix / Sony Alpha.
- 3D experience
