Motion Designer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to create visually compelling motion graphics, UI animations, transitions, and promotional content that enhance the overall player experience and reinforce our game identity. This role requires a strong sense of design, composition, timing, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to transform static assets into polished, high-quality motion.

The ideal candidate is passionate about motion design, has a solid understanding of animation principles, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visual experiences across games, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality motion graphics, UI animations, transitions, logo animations, and promotional content for games and marketing materials.

• Produce visually appealing animations that align with the project’s artistic direction and brand identity.

• Animate a wide range of visual elements, including typography, icons, illustrations, interfaces, backgrounds, and visual effects.

• Develop storyboards and animatics to communicate creative concepts, motion sequences, and timing before production.

• Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, developers, marketers, and animators to ensure visual consistency and high production quality.

• Support game production by creating motion assets that enhance gameplay presentation and player engagement.

• Create marketing videos, social media assets, trailers, presentations, and exhibition materials when required.

• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other motion design tools.

• Optimize motion assets for performance across different platforms and devices.

• Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revising ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, motion design techniques, and emerging creative tools.

• Continuously explore new visual styles and workflows to improve efficiency and creative quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer within the gaming, iGaming, digital media, advertising, or entertainment industries

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, UI animations, promotional videos, and visual storytelling

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience with video editing and compositing workflows

• Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, and follow-through

• Strong grasp of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and overall graphic design principles

• Experience creating and optimizing assets for digital platforms

• Passion for crafting visually engaging user experiences

• Previous experience in the iGaming or slot industry is a strong advantage

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment

• Professional working proficiency in English

• Experience with common production and collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Jira, Figma, and similar platforms
