You will be asked to share your CV, portfolio or showreel, and a short note about why you would like to work with Langa House.
Requirements:
√ A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates motion design and visual storytelling.
√ Confidence using After Effects, Premiere Pro and relevant Adobe Creative Suite tools.
√ A strong understanding of timing, composition, typography and transitions.
√ Ability to interpret creative direction and develop it into polished motion work.
√ Strong eye for design, even when working from an existing visual system.
√ Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
√ Curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to experiment.
√ Illustration, 3D, sound design or video-editing skills.
√ Experience creating motion for brand campaigns and social-first content.
√ Familiarity with Figma and working directly with graphic designers on brand systems.
Responsibilities:
√ Create motion design for campaigns, social media, brand identities and digital content.
√ Animate typography, logos, illustrations and visual systems.
√ Work closely with designers to translate static concepts into strong motion ideas.
√ Develop motion treatments and storyboards for internal reviews and client presentations.
√ Prepare final files in the right formats for social, digital and presentation use.
√ Contribute ideas on how motion can strengthen Langa House's creative work.
√ Maintain organised project files and work carefully through feedback and revisions.
