Description

We're seeking a creative and technical Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in Rive.app to join our innovative gaming studio. You'll be part of a team creating engaging, interactive experiences that delight our users while maintaining optimal performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated interactive animations using Rive.app
• Create dynamic user interface elements and engaging reward systems
• Develop visually stunning celebrations and feedback animations
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure animations meet technical requirements and performance benchmarks
• Optimize animation assets for web deployment while maintaining visual fidelity
• Create and maintain animation style guides and documentation
• Develop reusable animation components and establish best practices
• Contribute to the evolution of our motion design language

Requirements

• Proven experience with Rive.app.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and motion design
• Experience with web-based animation and interactive design
• Knowledge of vector graphics and optimization techniques
• Understanding of performance considerations in web applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of motion design experience
• Experience in gaming or interactive entertainment industry
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and basic web technologies
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Portfolio demonstrating interactive animation work
• Background in creating engaging reward systems and user feedback animations
