Motion Graphic Artist
As a Motion Graphic Artist, youwill play a key role in bringing our brands to life through dynamic, engagingand culturally relevant content.
Beyond executing animations, we arelooking for someone who is curious, trend-aware and constantly exploring newways to tell stories through motion. You should have a strong pulse onsocial media, emerging content formats and AI tools, and be able to translatethese into fresh creative ideas for our brands.
Your Responsibilities
- Motion & Video Content: Conceptualise, design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations and video content across social media, digital campaigns, product launches, presentations and other brand touchpoints.
- Social & Content Trends: Stay actively plugged into platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and other emerging channels, identifying new editing styles, transitions, animation techniques, content formats and cultural trends that our brands can creatively tap into.
- AI & Creative Experimentation: Actively explore and utilise AI-powered creative tools to discover new ways of animating, editing and generating content. Experiment with new workflows and techniques that can improve creative output, speed and variety.
- Content Ideation: Go beyond execution. Proactively bring forward ideas on how a campaign, product or story can come alive through motion, including different animation treatments, video formats and social-first executions.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, marketing and other stakeholders to transform static creative concepts into compelling motion and video storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
- Project & Time Management: Independently manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities. Plan your workload according to launch dates and ensure sufficient time is allocated for internal reviews, feedback and final approvals.
- Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned projects from brief to final delivery. Proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders and flag potential delays or blockers early rather than waiting for deadlines to approach.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards across animation, editing, typography, audio, transitions, visual consistency and final exports. Ensure all work is thoroughly checked before submission.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up with developments across motion design, social content, AI, editing and creative technology, and actively share relevant discoveries and opportunities with the wider creative team.

What You Will Need
· At least 5 years of relevantexperience in motion graphics, animation, video editing or a relatedcreative role.
· Strong proficiency in AdobeAfter Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge ofInDesign is advantageous.
· Strong understanding of animationprinciples, typography, composition, pacing and visual storytelling.
· Strong understanding of social-firstvideo content, particularly short-form formats such as Reels and TikTok.
· Experience experimenting withor using AI creative tools for video, animation, image generation or contentcreation is highly advantageous.
· Ability to independently managemultiple projects and deadlines.
· Good communication skills and astrong command of spoken and written English.
· Responsible, proactive andwilling to push creative boundaries.

Your portfolioshould demonstrate strong motion design and video-editing capabilities. Wewould especially love to see social-first content, campaign animations,short-form videos, experimental creative work and examples that demonstratedifferent animation styles or techniques.
