MOTOR VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT

We are looking for driven, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team and deliver a seamless car-buying experience for every customer.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales Consultant. You will play a key role in guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey by understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicle options, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Recommend suitable vehicle models based on customer requirements
• Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Address customer enquiries and provide professional advice throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer purchasing experience

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales consulting or customer-facing sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
