MOTORCYCLE DELIVERY MAN
You will efficiently transport goods and documents using a motorcycle, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while maintaining accurate records and adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick up items, packages, or documents promptly from designated locations
- Safely operate a motorcycle to transport goods to their destinations
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to reduce delivery time and increase productivity
- Securely handle all items during transit to prevent damage or loss
- Verify delivery instructions and addresses for accuracy before departure
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatchers or supervisors regularly
- Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while riding
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the motorcycle to ensure proper working condition
- Accurately complete delivery-related paperwork, including receipts and confirmations
- Deliver items promptly and courteously to provide excellent customer service
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in delivery or courier services
- Strong knowledge of local roads, streets, and neighborhoods
- Ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps to find optimal routes
- Physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of motorcycle delivery
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record
