Mould Shift leader
Summary
Oversee manufacturing operations on a shift basis, managing staff, materials, and equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets in a mould production environment.
Properly supervise material, human, and financial resources to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, volume, and productivity objectives within the assigned area, in accordance with the guidelines established by the corporation (Corporate Policies and Internal Regulations)
- Mechanical Engineer Mechatronic Eng Manufacturing Eng or related Degree
- Problem solving
- English level (Basic-intermediate)
- SAP PM Knowledge (desirable)
- Hidraulic presses Knowledge (desirable)
- Mould Assembly, adjustments and Set ups (Must)
- Personnel Management (Must)
- Inventory, spare parts and Tooling
- Shift rotation
- Communications skills
- AMEF Knowledge
