About SALMON Health and Retirement
For more than 70 years, SALMON Health and Retirement has proudly served Massachusetts families as a family-owned and operated organization committed to exceptional care, meaningful relationships, and a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
What Makes SALMON Health and Retirement Unique
Our Natick campus is home to three exceptional programs that serve individuals and families across generations: Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, and the SALMON Center for Early Education. Together, these programs create a one-of-a-kind community where compassion, collaboration, and connection are part of everyday life.
As our Move-In Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions. From the moment a future resident chooses Whitney Place, you'll help ensure a smooth transition while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members across our campus.
Your Mission
Moving into a new home is one of life's biggest transitions. As the Move-In Coordinator, you'll help make that experience welcoming, organized, and stress-free.
Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Director and interdisciplinary team, you'll coordinate every aspect of the move-in process—from preparing apartments and welcoming new residents to helping them feel comfortable, connected, and engaged in our community. Your attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to exceptional service will help every resident feel at home from day one.

- Prepare move-in materials, coordinate apartment readiness, and work with maintenance, vendors, and other departments to ensure each apartment is ready for occupancy.
- Welcome new residents, provide community orientation, and introduce them to staff, resident ambassadors, dining services, and activities.
- Build strong relationships with residents and families while promoting engagement, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.
- Maintain accurate resident records within the CRM/Yardi system and support the Sales & Marketing Director with community events, outreach, and online reputation initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence speaking with residents, families, and community partners.
