Caring Transitions Cincinnati West helps seniors and families through some of life's most important transitions, including downsizing, moving, estate sales, and home cleanouts. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Movers/Truck Drivers.

This is a hands-on position that combines driving, moving, packing, organizing, and customer service. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
• 20-40 hours per week, depending on workload and scheduling needs
• Daytime hours
• Opportunities for additional hours during busy periods
• Performance review after 90 days
• Employees demonstrating consistent results, reliability, and growth will be considered for a pay increase after the first three months

Training & Growth

• No moving experience required
• Work with current team members for on the job training
• Learn moving, packing, estate sale support, organization, and customer service skills
• Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement as the company grows

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks and safely transport items between locations
• Load and unload furniture, household goods, and other belongings
• Pack and unpack items with care
• Assist with home cleanouts, downsizing projects, and estate sales
• Organize and stage items for sale or relocation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience driving box trucks, moving, delivery, or warehouse work is a plus, but not required
