Galbraith’s Landscaping & Lawn Care is hiring motivated crew members for our growing mowing division. We combine guaranteed weekly pay with performance bonuses, organized routes, and professional equipment to create a stable and rewarding work environment.
We are looking for dependable people who work efficiently, care about quality, and want the opportunity to earn above-average pay.
- Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and professionally
- Perform trimming and cleanup work
- Follow daily production schedules
- Maintain quality appearance standards
- Work efficiently with crew members
- Assist with fueling, loading, and equipment maintenance
- Represent the company professionally on customer properties
- Valid driver’s license a must
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Lawn care experience preferred but not required

Performance Bonus System
Guaranteed Pay Stability
- $16.00/hour guaranteed base pay
- Guaranteed 45-hour work weeks during mowing season
- Overtime included in weekly pay
- Consistent weekly income even during slower weather periods
Guaranteed Weekly Base Pay
Approximately:
- $760/week guaranteed
In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.
Crews earn additional bonuses for:
- Completing assigned routes on time
- Productive weekly performance
- Maintaining quality standards
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Working efficiently as a team
Weekly Bonus Potential
- $50–$250+ per week for crew members
- Higher bonus opportunities for crew leaders
Realistic Earnings
Most productive crew members can realistically earn:
- $18–$22+ per hour effective pay
Crew leaders can earn:
- $22–$26+ per hour effective pay
