MPS / Continuous Improvement Technician Pharma (M/F/X) 👉 We are looking for an MPS Technician for an important pharmaceutical company to join the Salamanca plant, where they will participate in operational transformation, process optimization, and the consolidation of continuous improvement and excellence. 🎯 Your main responsibilities: Leading continuous improvement and operational transformation projects at the plant. Facilitating the resolution of complex problems through root cause analysis and Lean methodologies. Analyzing data and processes in depth to identify efficiency opportunities and prioritize strategic actions. Coordinating and following up on improvement initiatives, change management, and corrective actions. Designing robust standards that ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented improvements. Acting as a change facilitator and active promoter of Lean culture at all levels. ✅ What are we looking for? University degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or similar scientific careers. Previous experience in continuous improvement areas, operational excellence, or within regulated industrial environments (such as the pharmaceutical or chemical sector) will be highly valued. High level of English (spoken and written). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools, MPS/TPS, or equivalent process optimization methodologies. 🔑 Key competencies: High analytical capacity and a strong orientation toward data usage.
