Job Description
Title: MQ Architect
Location: 100% Remote Work
Type: 12+ Months Contract
Qualifications
- 10+ years of recent and related experience as an MQ Architect/Integration Engineer, from Design through the Implementation of technical solutions
- Deep, advanced knowledge of IBM MQ and IBM MFT
- Experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Experience with common AWS services such as S3, EC2, ASG, ELB, SFTP, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC – Terraform, packer etc.)
- Strong knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing, and failover configurations across application, infrastructure, and platform components
- Experience with source code management tools such as GIT, SVN, etc.
- Proven depth of knowledge and experience with Python scripting
- Experience with a variety of other programming such as JSON, YAML, Boto3, etc.
- Understanding of security design for enterprise software systems
