Mr. Bill's Ice Cream Server

Requirements:
- Available to work entire season
- Available weekends, nights, and major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and
Labor Day Weekends Mandatory)
- Available to work 20 hours per week (Mainly nights and weekends)
- Reliable transportation
- No experience needed

Our Ice Cream associates are the first face our customers see when they step up to our
serving windows. This is a great opportunity to get experience working in a fast paced
environment, while learning how to deliver the utmost customer service. This is a part
time job, unless otherwise discussed. Generally looking for someone who is
enthusiastic, hard working, passionate, and ready to work with a young brand. We have
a staff of about 20 people who all work very closely together. This is not just a job,
Richman’s is a way of life!! We don't mess around when it comes to ice cream. Main
responsibilities include the following: Customer service, ice cream prep, stock and
filling product, and cleaning at the end of the busy night! Key Qualities - Ability to deal
with the stress of a fast paced environment / Friendly / Reliable

All employees are required to sign a seasonal contract to work all holidays and finish
the season to receive a monetary bonus. If you are not able to work until September
30th, this is not the job for you.
