MRI Technologist Cross-Training Opportunity

CSRPC / PENRAD Imaging has a full-time MRI Technologist cross-training opportunity available. The position is 40 hours per week with the shift to be determined based on company needs, which could include days, weekends, evenings, and/or nights. There are also holiday and on-call requirements for MRI technologists.

This position is a six-month, on-the-job clinical training in conjunction with MIC didactic online program. If you are a radiologic technologist and want to further your career in radiology, this is a great opportunity to learn another modality and be given all the tools and training to acquire an ARRT registry in magnetic resonance imaging.

The candidate must meet the following criteria:

• ARRT and minimum of 2 years of experience
  OR
• Associate degree or bachelor degree in allied health field, certification in another clinical imaging field (such as ARDMS or NMTCB), and minimum of 2 years of experience

Upon completion of internal cross-training, ARRT MR will be required within 12 months, along with a two-year commitment of continuous employment with CSRPC. Previous CT experience or cross-sectional anatomy experience preferred.
