MRO BUYER – TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS

Location: Guadalupe, Nuevo León

On-site position

We are looking for an MRO Buyer with experience supporting Maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.

• 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement.
• Experience in MRO Purchasing within manufacturing.
• Experience purchasing spare parts for maintenance and industrial equipment.
• Experience working with local and U.S. suppliers.
• Intermediate–advanced conversational English.
• ERP experience; Oracle preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency.

• Manage MRO purchases and maintenance spare parts.
• Support urgent requirements related to equipment downtime.
• Source, negotiate and follow up with suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with the Maintenance team.

Desirable: Experience with CAPEX and civil works purchasing.

• Salary up to $35,000 MXN gross per month.
• Benefits above the legal requirements.
• Temporary 6-month contract.
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• 100% on-site in Guadalupe, N.L.
