We are looking for an MRP Specialist to support material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling through effective use of MRP/ERP systems. The role will ensure material availability, accurate master data, and timely resolution of planning issues.

Job Responsibilities
- Run and review MRP results, including material requirements, shortages, planned orders, and purchasing/production recommendations.
- Monitor material availability based on production schedules and customer demand.
- Maintain and update MRP master data, including BOMs, lead times, planning parameters, and item information.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stocks, reorder points, lot sizes, and inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve material shortages, excess inventory, incorrect MRP results, and data issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, and IT to address material planning requirements.
- Prepare and analyze MRP and inventory reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MRP, material planning, production planning, supply chain, or ERP operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP/MRP systems.
- Good understanding of BOM, routing, work orders, inventory, purchasing, and production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
