MS Dynamics 365 F&O Tech Lead

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Tech Lead to lead the design, development and implementation of F&O solutions for our clients enterprise business. You will guide a technical team, own solution quality and work closely with finance and supply chain stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
• Provide technical direction and architecture guidance to the development team
• Handle requirement gathering, solution design, customization and extensions
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables
• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Run regular quality, performance and security checks on solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in F&O environments
• Keep up with new D365 releases and recommend suitable features
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants and integration teams

Required skills and experience

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations, including full life-cycle implementations
• Strong understanding of the F&O technical architecture and components
• Hands-on experience with X++ development, extensions and customization
• Experience in finance and cost accounting environments: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections and General Ledger
• Working knowledge of the supply chain modules
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team
• Good communication and presentation skills

Good to have

• Experience with data entities, integrations and Azure
• Exposure to LCS and DevOps/ALM tools
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Microsoft platform
• Microsoft Dynamics certification

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
