MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project and responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales and Purchases functional stream in a long term global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation across multiple regions.
• Coordinate, mentor, onboard and validate the competencies of functional consultants.
• Manage fit gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT and UAT, data migration, go live, rollout and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development and Integration teams to align requirements with the global core model.
• Review functional deliverables, manage risks, support business decisions and lead workshops, training and knowledge transfer.
• Work fully remotely from Poland with project covered travel to South America, Europe and Asia. The office location is Wrocław.

• Long term B2B cooperation, private medical and dental care covering 70 percent of costs, Multisport and life insurance.

• Introductory call, technical interview and final decision.

• At least 7 years of hands on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Sales and Purchases experience.
• At least 10 years delivering international ERP implementations and core model rollouts.
• Strong Order to Cash knowledge covering sales orders, customer data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit and billing.
• Strong Source to Pay knowledge covering procurement, purchase orders, invoices, vendors and approval workflows.
• Integration knowledge including APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation and data mapping.
• At least 8 years leading data migration, ETL and reconciliation activities.
• Ability to create functional specifications, scalable solutions and lead cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem solving skills; ability to work independently internationally.
• Fluent English, European Union citizenship and residence in Poland.

• Global D365 F&O transformation leadership and distributed international delivery experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and finance processes and multinational enterprise experience.
