MS Dynamics Architect

Mandatory Skills:

• Work with clients to understand requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals.
  
• 10 + years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
  
• Experience working as MS Dynamics Architect for at least two complete CRM implementation.
  
• Good Experience working on Customer Service modules.
  
• Good experience working and architecting applications on Power Apps and Power Automate.
  
• Good experience integrating with external and Internal systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
  
• Good experience integrating with external & internal systems using Service Bus, Logic Apps & Azure Functions.
  
• Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them
  
• Experience in writing associated documents including HLD, LLD etc.
  
• Understanding and managing NFR for the project.
  
• Understanding of Configuration Management, Release Management and Merging process to be followed in the project.
  
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment
  

environments
