What you can expect
- You support the integration of a recently acquired food supplements portfolio by leading a structured harmonisation initiative
- You build and manage the technical data foundation needed to compare and assess products across existing and newly integrated portfolios
- You define practical comparison criteria for products, formulations, strengths, dosage forms, excipients, appearances, and packaging to identify harmonisation opportunities
- You collaborate with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders to determine acceptable product adaptations and align on harmonisation scenarios
- You analyse datasets using advanced Excel skills, identifying portfolio simplification opportunities while ensuring market relevance
- You prepare harmonisation scenarios for commercial and technical stakeholders, balancing technical feasibility and commercial impact
- You contribute to the long-term manufacturing strategy by driving alignment across portfolios and supporting future decision-making processes
- You act as a bridge between Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to simplify and harmonise the food supplements portfolio
Who we are looking for
- You have a university degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Nutritional Sciences, or a related discipline
- You have a understanding of solid, semi-solid, and liquid dosage forms and associated manufacturing technologies in pharmaceutical or food supplement production
- Ideally, you have experience in product development, MS&T, formulation development, or technology transfer.
You possess strong analytical skills and a structured working style, with the ability to transform incomplete information into actionable outputs - You are proficient in advanced Excel, with experience in structuring, analysing, and comparing complex datasets and you are familiarity with Power BI, database development, or other data visualisation and reporting tools
- You can confidently define criteria for comparing formulations, dosage forms, excipients, and packaging
- Ideally, you have experience in portfolio, product, or market analysis
- You are an effective communicator with strong collaboration skills, capable of interacting with international and cross-functional stakeholders
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills
- The position is a fixed-term position through August 31, 2028
