MSTC Warehouse Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

The MSTC Warehouse Coordinator, under the direction of the MSTC Manager will accurately receive deliveries and maintain all par levels of all items in the store.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Verifies specifications of purchase requests and obtains purchase approval.
2. Prepare, tracks and files completed purchase orders.
3. Assists and serves as backup in receiving for the MSTC. For all received goods, must compare, and confirm prices, specifications, and delivery dates to purchase orders, notifies and resolves any shipping discrepancies or errors with suppliers.
4. Assists and serves as back up in expediting delivery of purchases to end user or department.
5. Inform MSTC Management of any defective or unacceptable goods.
6. Review all purchase orders to establish budgets and invoices.
7. Complies with the Cahuilla Casino policy and standard operating procedures.
8. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
9. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
