* Supervise Made-to-Measure operations to ensure high-quality garment production.
* Train, mentor and evaluate apprentice tailors to ensure high standards of craftsmanship.
* Manage and execute bulk production cutting across all garment categories.
* Develop specialized, custom patterns engineered for unique body shapes and proportions.
* Coordinate between merchandising and production departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
