We are looking for a hands-on Senior MuleSoft Developer to build robust integration solutions for our banking clients. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance Mule 4 APIs that form the backbone of our financial ecosystemmanaging secure transactions, core banking ledger syncs, and large-scale data processing.

AWS Data & Storage Integration: Integrate directly with Amazon Aurora DB for fast, reliable relational data transactions (core banking accounts and ledgers) and utilize Amazon S3 for secure file streaming, parsing large JSON/CSV batch statements, and managing audit logs.
Data Transformation & Performance: Write optimized DataWeave 2.0 scripts to handle complex, nested payloads and large multi-part streams efficiently without memory leaks.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Build comprehensive MUnit test suites to maintain high code coverage before code reaches peer review or higher environments.
Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Dive into Runtime Manager, CloudWatch, or Splunk logs to diagnose production bottlenecks, latency spikes, or transaction rollback failures during peak financial processing windows.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all integrations comply strictly with banking-grade security standards, including OAuth 2.0, tokenization, mTLS, and data encryption.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 to 8 years of total IT experience, with at least 4 to 6 years dedicated entirely to MuleSoft enterprise design and development.
- Practical, hands-on experience connecting Mule applications to AWS servicesspecifically working with Aurora DB and S3 buckets.
- Real-world background within the banking, fintech, or financial services domain (familiarity with core banking ledgers, payment gateways, or KYC/AML data flows is a major advantage).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and automated build processes.
- MuleSoft certifications (MCD Level 1 / Level 2) are strongly preferred, but your practical troubleshooting skills and architectural judgment matter most.
