Mulesoft Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead MuleSoft integration development and technical delivery, ensuring secure, reusable, scalable APIs and reliable connectivity between Salesforce and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration design, development, code reviews, and technical delivery.
• Define API-led connectivity patterns, including System APIs and Process APIs, as appropriate.
• Design integration flows, error handling, retries, logging, and exception management.
• Guide developers on MuleSoft best practices, reusable components, and RAML/API specifications.
• Oversee integrations with Salesforce, databases, and external enterprise systems.
• Support technical estimation, sprint planning, troubleshooting, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure API security, performance, monitoring, and operational support readiness.
• Coordinate with Salesforce architects, client teams, and DevOps engineers.

Job Requirements :

• 8+ years of integration development experience, with strong hands-on MuleSoft expertise.
• Experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, and API Manager.
• Strong knowledge of DataWeave, RAML, REST/SOAP APIs, and API-led connectivity.
• Experience with Salesforce connectors, authentication, error handling, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of MUnit, API security, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading integration delivery.
• MuleSoft Developer or Integration Architect certification preferred.
