Multi-Channel Brand Design Intern
Summary
Design intern creates brand-compliant proposals, presentations, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and templates, ensuring consistent visual identity across print and digital formats.
- Produce brand-compliant customer deliverables using & modifying templates (mainly proposals/print-ready PDFs, plus presentations and digital assets) to support sales cases and internal communications.
- Apply Infor brand guidelines consistently (layout, typography, spacing, colors, imagery, iconography) across print and digital formats.
- Adapt and localize content: format text and visuals into approved layouts, create simple infographics/diagrams, and prepare assets for different outputs (PDF, PPT, web-ready).
- Organize and maintain assets so Solution Consultants can easily find and reuse the latest versions (folders, naming conventions, versioning, basic documentation).
- Support multimedia production when needed (nice-to-have): prepare brand-consistent visuals for video, and assist with light editing/post-production under guidance
- Has or is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, UX/UI (visual focus), or similar.
- Comfortable with layout and document design: strong attention to detail (alignment, margins, typographic hierarchy, consistency) and a “polished output” mindset.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud tools relevant to production work (e.g., InDesign and Illustrator preferred; Photoshop required; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus (working with templates, formatting at scale). Experience with print-ready PDFs is a plus.
- Good command of English, proactive attitude, and ability to handle tight deadlines with support and clear prioritization.
- How to produce proposal and sales enablement documents in a corporate environment using brand templates and guidelines.
- How to embed these templates into AI flows for scalability
- Best practices for presentation design (PowerPoint structure, readability, visual hierarchy, consistency).
