Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to identify their specific coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Evaluate current policies and recommend adjustments that ensure complete protection for our clients.
Manage a diverse portfolio of home, auto, and life insurance accounts with a focus on retention.
Document client interactions and update policy information accurately within our management system.
Participate in local community outreach to build brand awareness and meaningful professional connections.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to resolve complex policy questions and secure competitive rates.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses.
At least two years of direct insurance sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Previous experience with independent agency workflows is considered a plus.
