Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring an Assistant Community Manager at CTC at McDowell and CTC at Paradisi in Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $26.00/hour.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
