Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician at Tavalo at Queen Creek Commons & Tavalo at Cadence in Queen Creek & Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00/hr.
• All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
• Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications***
