Are you a Multi Skilled Engineer looking for a role where you can use your skills, solve problems and make a real impact?
We're recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, working a 3 on 3 off night shift pattern.
This is a hands-on engineering role covering planned maintenance, breakdown response and continuous improvement. You'll be trusted to keep equipment running, improve reliability and support a high-performing operation.

You'll be responsible for:
- Fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Carrying out repairs safely and efficiently
- Identifying repeat failures and driving improvements
- Updating maintenance records via the CMM system
- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
- Maintaining high health and safety standards
You'll have:
- Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- Manufacturing experience
- A proactive approach to problem solving
Food/FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential.
