Location: Matthews, NC (within 30 miles)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Pay: $20–$35/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential repairs and improvements
- Handle tasks across carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and light plumbing/electrical
- Accurately estimate and quote jobs based on time and materials
- Communicate clearly with customers and represent the Ace brand professionally
- Use ServiceTitan (tablet-based system) for job tracking and updates
Requirements
Must Have:
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in handyman work, carpentry, or home remodeling
- Strong skills across multiple trades (drywall, LVP flooring, basic electrical/plumbing, etc.)
- Comfortable creating job estimates and quoting work
- Own a reliable van or truck
- Own basic tools required for the job
- Comfortable using technology (tablet-based systems like ServiceTitan)
- Must live within 30 miles of Matthews, NC
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in customer-facing situations
Nice to Have:
- Experience in customer-facing service roles
- Ability to upsell additional services when appropriate
