Key Responsibilities:


Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, split-type, VRF/VRV units, exhaust and ventilation systems.


Monitor HVAC equipment performance through the Building Management System (BMS), where applicable.


Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults affecting air conditioning systems.


Conduct routine inspection, cleaning, and replacement of air filters, belts, motors, bearings, and other HVAC components.


Monitor refrigerant pressures, identify leaks, and perform refrigerant charging in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.


Respond promptly to air conditioning breakdowns and occupant comfort complaints.


Ensure temperature and humidity levels are maintained within established operational standards.


Coordinate with third-party service providers during major repairs and preventive maintenance activities.


Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.


Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and company policies during maintenance activities.


Recommend equipment improvements, energy-saving initiatives, and replacement of aging HVAC assets.


Support emergency response activities and other facilities maintenance tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:


Technical/Vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or a related field.


NC II in RAC Servicing (TESDA) preferred.


At least 2 years of experience in commercial or office building HVAC maintenance.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, refrigeration principles, and preventive maintenance practices.


Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.


Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
