Job Summary
Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our stores in top condition by addressing day-to-day maintenance issues. Traveling between our locations, managing cosmetic and mechanical repairs, and working to meet the highest standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilities maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and cosmetic repairs
- Equipment calibrations, modifications and repairs
- Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, locks
- Diagnose and remedy problems, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Preventative Maintenance on properties and equipment to include proper documentation and tracking
- Work with contracted landscaping vendors to ensure property grounds are maintained
- Maintain spare parts inventory and requisition parts for systems
- Maintain safety standards for our employees and guests; Apply applicable OSHA requirements
- Maintain an open line of communication with Operations Department including District Managers
- Complete work and travel logs daily
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Daily travel within region
- Perform other duties as necessary
