Multichannel Customer Service (Afternoon Shift)

• Customer service staff are responsible for handling customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• They provide personalized assistance
• Offer guidance on the company's products or services and resolve any doubts or problems they may have.
• Multichannel Customer Service (voice, chat, and email)

What we're looking for

• Good disposition for dealing with people.
• Experience in face-to-face or telephone customer service
• Skill in the use of digital media.
• Availability to travel to San Fernando de Henares

What you'll get

-Contract: Christmas and Black Friday Campaign (1 month) + 1 month extension and continuity in upcoming campaigns.

• Starts on December 1st
• Salary: 9.72 gross euros/hour

How you'll work

-Availability to work Monday to Sunday, in the afternoon shift (2 weekends off per month)

• Schedule: 30h weekly within a time slot from 15:00 to 23:00h

-On-site work modality: San Fernando de Henares Area

• Training: In-person
