Position: Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor - Bilingual English/ Spanish

Join Pinebrook Pointe community as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead the team that keeps our communities running at their best! Reporting to the Property Manager, you’ll guide and support the maintenance crew, ensure top-quality repairs, manage budgets and vendors, and respond quickly to resident needs.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team
• Oversee scheduling, inspections, and repairs
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure cost-effective operations
• Handle maintenance requests and emergencies
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth property operations

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in property maintenance, 2+ in a supervisory role
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
• Solid leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and overtime if needed
