Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital assets for digital channels.
- Create flyers, signage, and promotional materials for events.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear and engaging visuals.
- Align outputs with brand guidelines.
- Assist with video editing and production for campaigns and events.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and update the CRM database.
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Research and draft thought leadership pieces.
- Maintain the marketing and sales calendar.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Mass Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new software and digital tools.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable.
- Interest in fintech, private credit, or alternative investments is an advantage.
- Portfolio submission required alongside CV.
