Job Description
We are seeking a creative and motivated Entry Level Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong foundation in graphic design principles, eager to develop their skills across multiple media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics and multimedia content for digital and print media including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
- Assist in the production of videos, animations, and interactive media projects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for various platforms ensuring quality and performance.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and output.
- Support senior designers and other team members with various design tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
- Creating newsletters using software such as BeePro, Stripo, etc.
- Creating social media graphics, presentations, posters, logos, and other promotional material using Canva.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills across multiple media.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
